A contemporary space born from the renovation of the original back quarters. We named it “Byaku” (taken from Kashiwa, the traditional word for chicken meat) to honor our origins as a poultry merchant. This area is designed for comfort and does not require the removal of shoes.
A U-shaped counter overlooking a small garden, where guests can enjoy the soft light unique to Japanese architecture. Look for the historic railing from the Sanjo Ohashi Bridge preserved in the garden.
A cozy, intimate space bathed in warm, gentle light. Features three tables for two, which can be joined for larger groups.
